Following on from Lochbroom and Ullapool Community Trust’s (LUCT) Sustaining Choices consultation that concluded earlier this year, LUCT’s Active Travel and Community Transport group are in the process of creating a continuous walking, wheeling* and cycling (known as ‘active travel’) route in the Lochbroom area.
The route will create a safe and attractive environment for walking, wheeling, and cycling, making active travel an easier choice for everyday journeys undertaken by the communities along the A835 and Loch Broom.
