New travel guidance Scot Rail

We?re issuing new guidance to help you play your part and stay safe while travelling with ScotRail. ? If you need to travel ? It?s still important to use our trains for essential journeys only.?If you do need to travel, we?ve made some changes to help everyone get around safely:
? We are asking you to please wear a face covering when travelling by train
? To allow more opportunities for key workers and essential travellers to observe physical distancing, from Monday 1 June we?re adding a small number of extra peak time services to our timetable
? We?re also supporting physical distancing with floor markings and signage in our largest stations. Some facilities (like waiting rooms) will remain closed ? Plan ahead ? You can expect to see an increase in the time it takes to buy a ticket at a station and board a train, and there might be occasions over the coming months when boarding your usual train might not be possible, so please plan ahead.
