We're excited to announce three fantastic new part-time roles: two supporting the established work of the New Broom, and one working to find longer term care strategies for our remote and rural areas:

 🔹 New Broom Depot Manager – supporting the New Broom, you will be setting up and overseeing a new Depot where donations can be sorted and prepared for sale. Ideal for someone with technical knowledge and skills, a positive outlook on waste management, plus a passion for the circular economy and community impact. Find full details and how to apply here.

🔹 Depot Assistant – reporting to the New Broom Depot Manager this is a new hands-on role working in the new Depot, vetting, sorting, cleaning and repairing donations ready for sale or rehoming. Find full details and how to apply here.

🔹 Rural Care Innovation Officer – In association with the Care and Learning Alliance (CALA) this exciting new role is finding longer term care strategies for our remote and rural areas. A perfect opportunity if you have experience of working with communities, multiple agencies and/or the care sector. Working closely with CALA, authorities, childcare and adult social care practitioners as well as residents across the Lochbroom, Strontian and Ardnamurchan peninsular, you will develop, test and evaluate an innovative Single Care Model solution to meet our care needs.
